Whole green cardamom pods, three-sided, with a strong sweet aroma. Pods are intact and free from mould.

Specifications

Moisture 12% max. Empty and malformed pods 5% max. Extraneous matter 1% max.

Packaging

5 kg, 10 kg or 20 kg cartons, or moisture-barrier bags.

Grades

6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm bold, from light green to green.
